Aziz – Kiss From A Rose

Aziz Sulaymanov is a celebrated contemporary artist born in 1986 in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. He is best known for his expressive palette knife paintings, which include vibrant still-lifes and landscapes filled with colour, texture, and movement.

Aziz began his artistic training at a specialist art academy in Osh. He later moved to St. Petersburg, where he studied under respected Russian painters Nikolay Evdokimov and Tuman Jumanaev. This intensive training helped him master his signature technique and refine his unique style. During this period, he also joined the Russian Artists Unit, a professional collective supporting artists across Russia and Central Asia.

His work has featured in numerous exhibitions throughout Russia, Kyrgyzstan, China, Turkey, and Cyprus. Highlights include shows at the G. Aitiev Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts, the Kuznetsov Gallery in St. Petersburg, and the Museum of Modern Art in Cyprus.

Today, Aziz continues to create paintings that reflect his deep emotional connection to nature and colour. His bold brushstrokes and dynamic compositions have earned him a loyal following. Many collectors value his art for its warmth, originality, and technical excellence.

Aziz Sulaymanov’s work now forms part of private and public collections around the world. His paintings offer a striking blend of contemporary impressionism and cultural storytelling—making each piece a powerful visual experience.
